Let Go of THESE Things to Speed Up Your Manifestations!
To move into manifestation success, where you experience more happiness and abundance in your life, there are a few things to let go of.
Letting go of things that no longer serve you holds tremendous power!
Because in moving forward, we are moving past things that may have once held us back.
Following are 3 things to let go of NOW to manifest more of what you want from life.

1. Self-criticism: Being critical of the self can be very detrimental. We know through the law of attraction that we get to experience our thoughts and beliefs as our reality. If you’ve developed the habit of being overly critical of yourself, it’s time to let that go and replace it with affirmations of love and kindness towards yourself.
While self-reflection can be advantageous by allowing a person to make adjustments that serve them where their goals are concerned, self-criticism holds no value whatsoever because it demeans and devalues.
You are valuable and worthy of experiencing life in the way you choose. Start telling yourself this daily, offering compassion and love to you!
2. Complaining: If you’re the type of person who is constantly complaining and you’re working with the law of attraction to manifest specific goals, you’re going to want to shift this behavior to something more beneficial.
Complaining is an act of creation. To complain is to set an intention. The more a person complains, the more they use their creative energy to create more things to complain about. (Whatever we give our attention to, we focus our energy on and then magnetize more of that back to ourselves.)
If you find that you complain often, give yourself a 24 hour no-complaining challenge. When catching yourself complaining during that challenge, start the clock over again and keep trying until you are able to make it the full 24 hours without a single complaint. In this way, you begin to train yourself to create a new habit.
You can also create a new habit by catching yourself in those moments when you complain and immediately stopping the behavior and announcing something you are grateful for in its place. Set the intention now that you will take the 24-hour no complaining challenge.
The more you begin to focus on what you do like, versus what you don’t, the more your experience of reality will start to deliver more of those wonderful things to you!
3. Comparing Yourself to Others: We sometimes find ourselves comparing ourselves to others in an attempt to evaluate what we might do to change or grow. But when a person overdoes this, it can create self-doubt and other negative emotions such as envy, inadequacy, low self-confidence and depression.
If comparing leads you to devalue yourself, it’s time to let this habit go.
Mark Twain said that "comparison is the death of joy.”
We’re generally comparing ourselves to a set of inaccurate information anyway. What we often see in others is what they allow us to see. Others rarely go around in social settings talking about all of the qualities and experiences that are not ideal to them.
So ask yourself, is it really fair to compare yourself to another when you don’t have all of the information?
Insecurities come up when we believe that another person has the ideal life; but that’s not always the case. And this type of comparison has been proven to demotivate individuals, rather than motivate them.
Comparing is an evaluation of self-worth. And you are already worthy of achieving any and everything you desire to manifest.
So, this time-consuming and generally ineffective habit can be changed by using your creative energy to focus on what makes you unique and the individual goals you have for yourself. In this way, you can begin manifesting more of what YOU want from life!
