Your Future Self Will Thank You For Doing This! 

Have you ever tried to have a conversation with someone who didn’t speak the same language as you?

Do you think that person could understand what you were saying to them? It probably sounded quite a bit like meaningless nonsense!

This is very similar to what happens when we try to tell our subconscious where we would like it to take us in terms of manifesting our goals.

The subconscious may hear you speaking, but have no idea what exactly it is that you are trying to communicate….because IT communicates in a different language.

We may believe we are placing an order for love, success, wealth, peace or happiness. But if those things aren’t showing up, it is because our communication isn’t being translated at such and we don’t have a firm belief in those things.

The conscious mind is the one that sets the desire, and the subconscious mind (which is related more closely to the spiritual connection) is the one that figures out how to get it.

So, we must consciously give our instructions in a way that the subconscious clearly understands.

And because the subconscious mind is full of potential, hypnotizing the self is a great way to tap into that!

Everyone has been hypnotized many times in their life without necessarily knowing it.

Hypnosis is actually a totally natural state for the human mind to be in. For instance, we pass through this state as we are falling asleep.

Because our reality is created by our thoughts and beliefs on a subconscious level, you can hypnotize yourself and reach into these belief systems to create success and abundance in your life.

Here is a quick process on how to do this:

1. The first step is to become clear on the instructions you want to give to your subconscious mind during this process. And you can do this by creating an affirmation that produces great positive emotion regarding your manifestation goal.

2. Find a place where you can be comfortable without distraction. Take in several deep breaths and begin affirming that you are feeling more and more relaxed.

3. Once relaxed, repeat the affirmation you created at the beginning of this process to yourself. You can do this mentally or out loud. And then begin to visualize what this affirmation means for you as you repeat it. Your subconscious mind speaks the language of emotion and thinks in pictures, so create positive images with high emotional value.

When visualization is paired with intention (the affirmation you have created) you create a subconscious suggestion.

This is much like planting a seed that you can nurture and grow into fruition.

In doing so, you create a complete focus on a concept in a way that your subconscious mind can understand!

Essentially, you are handing over new instructions so your subconscious can lead you to the path that creates the outcome.

You’ve been doing this all of your life, possibly without even realizing it. But when you take control of the process, the possibilities are endless!
