Small Changes I Made to Manifest a Life I LOVE (in record time)!

For those of you who know any of my own personal story, you may remember that my life, in many aspects, was once less than desirable. And many years ago, I too became enamored with the law of attraction.

 

I used trial and error in my own life for many years to discover what worked best for me, and I love being able to pass those tips onto others!

 

Below are 5 small changes I made that have a huge impact on how I positively manifest my life with the least amount of time and effort.

  1. The first change I made was deciding what I wanted to experience and what I didn’t want to experience. I already had a good baseline for what I didn’t want to experience anymore, so that made identifying the opposite of that pretty easy. Then I began to focus on those desires. In fact, I became laser focused! I went in search of the types of people who were already experiencing what I desired so I could understand how they thought, how they felt, how they dealt with perceived failure, and how they acted. This provided me with great understanding of what was different between the version of the self I had become and the version I really wanted to be, along with some of the changes I would need to make to get from where I was, to where I wanted to be. Essentially, it allowed me to start the process of changing my self-concept so that I could begin embodying the traits I had studied in others who were successful.
  2.  From this space of laser focus, I discovered that I had many limiting beliefs that did not align with what I was choosing to deliberately manifest. So, I began to actively work on changing my limiting beliefs. One of my core limiting beliefs was that life was just difficult. But I knew I could no longer hold that belief if I wanted an easier and more carefree life that offered me happiness. So, I challenged this belief, changed it to what I wanted to believe instead (Life is easy and fun), even though it didn’t feel true at first, and then practiced that belief by acting as though it were true until that became habitual.
  3. The next small change I made was setting the intention to actively look for the for the good in all situations and people. Sometimes this was a challenge (especially if my ego was involved), but I remained committed. This meant that I may even have to go into my own private space to pick the situation apart in order to find something good about it. But once I did, I focused on that. This allowed me to override those old stories I created in my mind and change my perception to see the good in all things.
  4. Because this tip worked so powerfully for me, and because I had learned so much by this time about the reticular activating system, I began to actively look for signs that pertained to what I was creating. We have signs all around us all of time, but when we set the intention to look for them, we become open to receiving. This is also a really fun part of manifesting that I enjoy very much. Intentionally looking for these signs allowed me to stay in a very receptive space. And when I set this intention, I began to see them everywhere. This validated to my subconscious mind, with clear evidence, that my new life was taking shape…further solidifying the new beliefs I was forming!
  5. As I began to open my mind to new possibilities, pursuing more of what I enjoyed became a focus. Essentially, I did more things daily that made me happy and practiced self-love. Some will call this selfish, but I noticed early on in this process that when I was doing more of what I loved, I was more equipped to help others with their own happiness. Self-care allowed me to stay centered on my goals and spill over an energy from within that affected others positively.

Essentially, if you want a new life, you have to BECOME a new person! This takes a little practice and the creation of new habits.

 

But, we each have the ability to do this - and that includes YOU!
