Mindwandering and little fussy mental images

I have started the course and I like the content so far. I have begun doing the meditations each day to manifest my goals. However, I find myself mindwandering off and having a hard time staying focused. And my mental images are not always so clear. I have been doing normal meditation each morning to increase my focus.
I am also finding myself procastinating much with my school work because I am overwhelmed by the material.
I wanted to know if you had any advice in how to get better at the meditations?

  • Hi Josephine, welcome to the tribe. You will be amazed at your transformation and your ability to reprogram old beliefs that block your manifestation power. Mediation, focus, mental visualization gets easier and better with practice. It will continue to get better for the rest of this life with committed practice. Be easy with yourself as you start this journey. Be mindful of the messages you give yourself. We want to relax into. We want to be playful with it.     So happy to see you in the forum!

    In the "Remapping Your Behavior" Section of the course, there is a great technique offered that is entitled: Pushing Your Creative Machine Past the Habit of Procrastination. I highly recommend that exercise in regards to your statement about procrastinating with your school work.

    And remember, you do not have to fly through the course and techniques. Take your time with it. As Shelia stated, be playful and relax with it. These are lifetime tools that will assist you in your growth. :)
