I have started the course and I like the content so far. I have begun doing the meditations each day to manifest my goals. However, I find myself mindwandering off and having a hard time staying focused. And my mental images are not always so clear. I have been doing normal meditation each morning to increase my focus.
I am also finding myself procastinating much with my school work because I am overwhelmed by the material.
I wanted to know if you had any advice in how to get better at the meditations?
