Happiness/Success is hard to maintain belief

I've gone through half of the course, but decided, let me start over. As I wasn't noticing anything. I've taken other courses, and been a huge fan of LOA and other programs. Some success.

As I was going through the very start of the course again, I finally realized there was a belief theme. The theme happiness/success was hard to maintain and easy to lose. It was common statement, no matter if I was talking about health, wealth, love, ... 

When I was trying to find examples where that was not true, all I found were examples of it being true. It just seems like a pattern that is making me tired. Every time things are getting good, something big gets in the way and all is gone. I am restarting.

It's a belief I am having a hard time to overcome. 

I'd love to know some strategies to remove that belief altogether.

    I'm so happy you decided to go back and review the information given in the course as it can be quite life transforming. And congratulations for uncovering a core belief that you would like to change! That truly is where it all starts. 

    I'm curious, have you gone into some of the processes given in the course and applied them? (The application is the most important part!)

    The course is designed to specifically address removing old beliefs that block success and install new beliefs that align with your goals, which I believe is what you are asking. There are multiple therapeutic techniques given there for just this, including meditations and time line therapy. Most of these are found in the first module of the course, but the remaining modules (and bonus material) reinforce what is learned there by showing you how to make adjustments on all levels. 

    The more you work with these techniques, the more you will begin to see the changes within yourself and the types of experiences you are having. Take your time moving through them and enjoy the processes. That said, with daily practice and dedication, you should begin to see results very quickly!
