Saying Hi and Checking In

Hi Jessica and the Tribe

I've been doing the course since early June and would like some feedback/advice/comments on the following ...

Jessica Overall I am finding your course excellent. Though because I'm finding it quite demanding in parts I am doing some sections multiple times to ensure that I have to some extent mastered and/or properly understood the material. There is a lot to get across, practice and integrate.

Currently I'm halfway through the Remapping Your Behaviour section and these are my daily actions:
* I am doing the 'Changing the Course of Events' meditation daily (usually night before sleep or late afternoon if I have time with work etc.). Since starting in early June I have NOT missed a single day and plan on keeping it that way.
* I am also doing one of your Affirmation programs both morning (in bed before rising) and at night (in bed while drifting off to sleep)
* Also as I get time, during the day, I am doing the Integrating Left & Right Brain techniques more or less daily
* I am also supplementing this with some of the YouTube Brad Yates Tapping exercises to help move subconscious programming that I know needs to be replaced/transcended
* Finally I am striving to be 'Consciously Aware' throughout the day by bring my awareness/attention back to the present moment and by being 'Present'.

I'd be grateful for your feedback on what I am doing and how I seem to be progressing?

I am being constantly amazed at how I am completely responsible for my daily experience and my overall life circumstance.

    So happy to have you in the forum!

    I believe your current schedule is great, as long as it feels great to you. I especially love that you are saturating your mind with affirmations first thing in the morning and while going to sleep!

    I say often in the forum: If it feels like a chore, then let it go for the time being. We want to be relaxed and enjoy the process. Not every technique in the course is for every person who is taking it. So, I'd encourage you to allow yourself the freedom to focus in on what works best for you.  And it sounds as though you have found some processes that resonate with you and your needs. Keep doing that as long as it feels good to you. If you get bored with that routine, you can always swap something out and replace it with something else that you'd like to work with. 

    It is interesting to discover how responsible we are for our experience. Once you get that (as you have), you can change anything you want in your life. Kuddos to you for making that transformation! :)
