I am doing really well and working the course diligently, making progress.
I would appreciate some clarification on this section as I did not see any examples.
" Write down 5 new conscious, positive behaviors and choices that you will
begin implementing in your life."
My examples are; Show appreciation, Be respectful of everyone and their choices, Be trustworthy, Be Proactive, Be confident, Be Optimistic, make healthy eating choices, do the best job I can. etc, not sure if this is what you meant.
