Hi Jessica. I have been moving on the course work but I had to pause during the emotional part. It was challenging to see the time line in my mind and although I certainly can find times that I want to change ( the dark spots you talked about) I am not sure that I disassociated from them correctly. It felt like it was moving really fast and I couldn't keep up. There are more than a few instances in my past relationship that I would like to eliminate but I am not sure that it worked. Would it be helpful for me to watch the video and go through the process again?

  • Also Jessica. I am worried that the feelings I still have for my ex could be standing in the way of my manifesting desire for a new love in my life. What would you recommend? Like I said, I am working on disassociating from negative past events.
  • Hi Garett,

    Yes, please do work with the processes daily. You don't have to use all of them daily, but find the ones that resonate with you and make a practice of it. With each of these techniques, you are BECOMING a new person with new habits, new feeling states, new thoughts, and new energy. This will take habituation to sink into the subconscious mind. If that particular process seems to go too fast for you, try to make a memory of how it works so you can do it in your mind at a pace that suits you best. From there, you can work on smoothing out your timeline.

    To answer your second question, I suggest taking the stance that you simply notice these feelings that you still have for your ex without judging them. They come from inside of YOU. So, you are the one creating them with your thoughts. I am assuming these are feelings that relate to love and joy. This means you already have love and joy inside of you and you don't have to look OUTSIDE of you to feel/create them. They are already a part of you. And if they are already a part of you, you can can create new experiences of love and joy in your life simply by tapping into that resource from within.

    In other words, focus on those lovely feelings and realize they are already yours. And you can transfer these feelings into outer experience once you grasp that it isn't an outer source that makes them happen. The goal of the course is to learn to create everything you need from within and then watch the outer world reflect that back to you. Because you now know that you are the one creating those feelings and sensations, focus on the joy of them and allow that to grow inside of you without making it conditional that an outer source show up. Once you harness this, you will begin to see love flow into your life in very organic ways! :)

  • Thanks. So the memories of her which make me feel joy, happiness...I can call upon that because it is already inside me. Right?
  • As I wrote, those feelings are created within you. You are the creator of them and can pull them up with your conscious focus.
