Any suggestions

I need your help I have worked my way down to the how to program a new powerful belief in under 5 minutes video I have tried the exercises several times yesterday and this morning and I’m stuck I’m not getting any responses from my body. Any suggestion? I feel like I do not need to go forward until I can master this?

    Are you using the sway test? Crossing your feet/arms and testing with a friend? Or did you try out the "How to Muscle Test Yourself" section? Can you please tell me which exercise you are working with and what happens when you try it? 

    As stated on this portion of the course, these responses are often very subtle. It will require tuning into what your body is saying to you in those moments with patience. There's no rush here to move onto the next section as this is a very important part of the course. Practicing these tools will increase their effectiveness and your ability to hone in on the subtle cues your body produces. I do suggest playing around with the muscle testing prior to adding in the new affirmations and belief statements to get a really good idea of what your body is telling you. There is a written section regarding this as well that you might find helpful - it's just below the video you are referring to.

  • I was trying the Crossing your feet/ arms test and it seems to have no response I will keep trying
  • Try working with the "How to Muscle Test Yourself" exercise to see what type of results you get. I recommend doing this several times with several different statements to get a good feel for how your body responds.
