Physical triggers and other questions

Hello, I don’t think I have any physical triggers. All I have is butterflies (good ones) when I state true and untrue statements. The reason I signed up for this training is because I’ve been doing all kinds of techniques for over a year and so far my manifestation has not come to pass yet. Last November I did an 8 hour sleep meditation for one month to re-program my subconscious mind and I felt that it worked as men started to ask me out and sometimes for more than one date which is progress for me. I thought for sure that my SP would re-surface but not yet. I don’t believe that I have limiting beliefs anymore (I had for over 25 years). I am absolutely certain that my SP and I are happily married and living our best lives together. No doubts, no fears. I have a healthy self-image and have positive inner thoughts most of the time. I try to feel the wish fulfilled in the morning, before I go to bed at night and multiple times during the day. I have been playing your recent Manifest Love Affirmations video on loop for over a week now during my sleep. I have high hopes for this training but I find that I am stumped here and there with the written exercises. 
I also had no problems with the feeling of doubling my income multiple times on the introductory video. It didn't make me uncomfortable at all :) Is that a good sign?

    Welcome to the forum!

    The course has been created to tackle limiting beliefs and open the mind to manifesting new outcomes. Because you've stated that you do not have any limiting beliefs, may I ask what prompted you to sign up for the program? There must have been something said in the training video that clicked in your mind where your specific manifestation is concerned, or something you are currently experiencing in your life, that caused you to do so. And therein lies the limiting belief for us to address. Otherwise, you would be in what is commonly termed as the "Sabbath" with no reason to need an outer source to assist you because you have no doubts about the existence of your desired reality as already yours. (In which case, I don't believe you would have felt the need to purchase the course.) 

    You also wrote that you feel the wish fulfilled a few times per day. In my experience, when you truly have no limiting beliefs, the wish fulfilled is a state that you embody naturally without having to conjure it up. Do you feel as though you are always in this state, 100% of the time?

    To answer your last question, we hold different beliefs regarding different areas of our lives. If your money "program" is point, then I don't see why you would feel especially uncomfortable with that particular exercise, at least initially. However, I have yet to meet anyone who didn't reach a level that caused them to question how they felt about it.

  • I used to have liming beliefs but I don’t anymore or at least they don’t linger in my head as long as they did in the past. I’ve grown a lot in the last year doing all kinds of techniques but for some reason my SP has not re-surfaced.  Obviously there’s a block somewhere but I don’t know where or what it is.  This is why I signed up for this program. 
    When I did the physical triggers exercise I didn’t feel anything aside from positive butterflies in my stomach but felt the same way when I stated that my name was Dolores.  
    I feel the wish fulfilled easily unless I’m busy doing something else ex: when I’m at work.
    I watched the limiting decisions video but I can’t think of a decision that I have made in the past that would have an impact my current manifestation.  I wish I had a personal coach when doing the exercises.

    I believe your limiting beliefs might be on a subconscious level. It's great that these thoughts do not linger in your head and that you decided to work with the processes in my program to move past them! 

    The physical trigger exercise can require a little practice to pick up on the subtle cues that your body is giving you. I recommend continuing to work with that process and being patient with yourself as you do. There's also a great process for muscle testing with your fingers that is outlined, and a lot of people find this easier and more effective for them to use. There's no rush. 

    Regarding the wish fulfilled, this is more of a permanent state of being and feeling. It's not something randomly thought about. That may be what you are experiencing, but I wanted to clarify that. Also, if you find that a process in the program doesn't resonate with you, as in the limiting decision process, you can just move past it for the time being and come back to it later if you need to. You may also find it helpful to do some of these techniques with a friend or family member to get their feedback. :)

  • I thought the muscle testing with the fingers ( 1 and 1 then 1 and 2 and so on) was to be performed after the wish fulfilled meditation to anchor it in.  I'll watch the finger exercise again.
  • Hmmm. I don't have a wish fulfilled meditation in the program. However, you can use the finger muscle testing as you wish. (Please refer to the "How to Muscle Test Yourself" section of the course as this is the test I was referring to in my previous post.)
  • I meant Changing the Course of Events meditation and that it was good to do the finger exercise after it to anchor the visualisation and feelings attached to it.
