Cathartic or Staying stuck?

Hi!
What are your thoughts on journaling or even writing a book about past traumatic events? Is it more likely to keep me in a lower vibration while “re-living” difficult experiences or would it help heal? I would imagine the amount of passion and inspiration towards such a thing would be an indicator…?

    Thank you for your question!

    In my experience, it can be quite cleansing to write such things down when the intention is to completely release them in doing so. That said, I'm personally not a big fan of rehashing old stories over and over again if something new is to be created. If you feel a passion or inspiration to do so, I would recommend following that while keeping my previous 2 points in mind.
