Elevator to higher frequency light (feeling is the secret...any tips?)

I love this meditation!  but for some reason my visual became dropping heavy sandbags from a hot air balloon so I could go higher or feel lighter.  I dropped at least 5 big heavy sand bags off the ledge of the glass floor elevator and then I realized a hot air balloon was a fun visual for me.  I don't know if it's working.  but it is an enjoyable journey..so thank you!

I think my biggest challenge with all the manifestation tools is "feeling".  I am still working on disciplining my mind and cleaning up my thoughts and making them more positive or even editing or cancelling negative ones.  but I love the idea of this meditation to help me with the feeling more positive and lighter...but conjuring positive feelings seems tricky for me.  Anyone have tips for changing feeling states?  is the mere suggestion in the meditation enough?

the cross crawl and crossing midline brain exercises seem to get me moving in a positive direction when I align the movement with my "wishfulfilled" image and statement.

what types of things do you all do to get the higher vibe FEELING?

    Hi Monet,

I love the visual of dropping heavy sandbags! I have done similar with old suitcases. :)

Just that visual is giving your mind a major cue and telling it what you now expect. I recommend continuing with that as long as you are enjoying it and finding it effective, and it sounds as though you are.

I personally love music to get myself into a higher vibrational state. Think of the way in which music can cause your body to want to move. Sometimes I seek out comedy as a way to get my brain and body into a lighter space. Once in that state, I add my visuals and affirmations because I know I'm in a very receptive mode.

Another recommendation is celebrating small "wins." This goes along the lines of rewarding your brain with success. When you do get into a state you prefer, as in with the meditation, imagine yourself receiving a reward for it, or a crowd cheering you on, or anything that you associate with winning. Or, simply do something nice for yourself that you enjoy because of it. Your brain will understand these cues, associate them with a "let's do more of this" mentality, and seek out more ways to make that happen. Every feeling of relief, joy, or happiness can be celebrated in this way.

Purposefully tuning into your body is another way to shift your mental focus. Breathing exercises are great for this and you can find a lot of free ones on YouTube. This can take your mind from random thinking to focused concentration.

I hope these tips help! I would also love to hear how others do this if anyone else wants to chime in!
