Meditation

Hello Jessica,

During my meditation, sometimes my mind wonders off and when I realize that my mind is wounding off I refocus on the meditation and continue. Is this acceptable? Or when my mind is wondering off should I start the meditation from the beginning again?

  • Mind wondering is normal. Bringing it back is sometimes the practice. With the subconscious reprograming mediations, it doesn't matter. That's the beauty of it. It impresses the subconscious by design. Keep doing the deal and wonders will be your reality. You are an inspiration Russel! I love your commitment to the process!♥️

    2. DNA Activation Meditation

    These are the two meditation that I use daily is it important with these?

    I completely love Sheila's reply and I want to only remind you that this a beautiful process you are undergoing. If your mind is wandering during the beginning of the meditation - it's ok.. you are learning to master it by refocusing on the programming you are choosing- hence bringing it back to the mediation. So it is ok to not have to restart the mediation every time. Focusing thoughts is a skill set you are developing through this program- so keep it up- you are doing great! :)
