How to Control Your Environment to Create Peak Performance States

Hey :)
I am trying to complte this worksheet and I am noy quite sure what do you mean by "choose one task from the course".
I struggled eith this before when trying to implement more exercises into my life..
 I wanted to ask if you can mention the tasks in a list so I can be clear with them? (The only one I can think of is visualization which is pretty general)

    This is just simply choosing one of the exercises you enjoy from the course, such as one of the meditations. You don't necessarily need to add something new to the list of things you're doing. In fact, choosing an exercise from the course that you enjoy will work best! It's about creating a space that centers you prior to implementing the exercises you're already doing.
