Consciously Changing The Course of Events

Hello,

My name is Iliyana. 
I joined the course couple days ago. I have a question regarding the test "Which way our body performs the strongest". 
I did it with a friend and I'm not sure at all if I'm getting a correct result. I have a feeling that whatever foot/hand I do first, that one is the strongest. I also think that the second try is the weaker because I kind of get tired to push. 
I tried switching foot/hands few times, didn't get more confident about my choice. I also asked my friend what is his opinion. He said the opposite of what I think and that confused me totally.
Is there any other way to find out if I'm right or to test my body another way?

    So happy to have your here! This process can take a little practice, but there is another way to do this on your own. I'm going to leave a link to an article that explains this nicely.     Hello again,

    I’m glad to say that the technique with the fingers works for me. Now I have my answers “yes” and “no”. Thank you!
    I have a few more questions. If I say to myself a statement and get “no” as an answer through that same technique, that means I have resistance, right?
    How do I work on it until it disappears?
    How do I ”save” it after?
    When I save it, do I use again the same way with the fingers to check/ test if the statement has been wired?

  • I'm so happy the technique is working for you! Use the technique (I use the sway test) as an indicator of completion. For instance, I may begin reprograming around the issue of self worth. As I repetitively use my affirmations, mediations, revisions, imagination tools and I feel good about my progress, I want to check in with my subconscious via the body to see if more "mental medicine" is needed. If not I can move on to the next disempowering belief that has shown up. My best advise is to make it a fun game. It works best that way! Remember, it's a process. We don't ever get it done because we are eternal beings learning how to use our mental powers deliberately! ♥️
