Daily Routine

Good morning
I'm struggling to implement everything I have learnt so far.
I love my meditation yet there are 4 that I really like and don't know which is the best to choose. I meditate morning and just before bed. I would love to incorporate programming a new belief every day.
What do you suggest please?

    Hi Sarah,

    When it comes to meditating, I always encourage people to use what feels best to them. Ask yourself which feels the easiest to implement with the least resistance.

    Because meditation can range anywhere from deep focus to complete relaxation, choosing your meditation will be dependent upon which you prefer. We can impress the subconscious mind for programming new beliefs either way and I personally prefer to drift off to sleep while meditating, keeping my vision in mind until I do. 

    If you would like to tell me the 4 meditations you really like, I can tell you which I would personally use if you feel as though that would help you. :)

  • Ah OK. I like the DNA activation, raising my vibration & clearing negative energy, changing the course of events and law of attraction
  • My personal favorite to fall asleep to is the Law of Attraction meditation. It has really powerful subliminals that I find to work very quickly.  I also like to drift off to the Changing the Course of Events Meditation when looking to create a new belief in my subconscious mind. However, I've fallen asleep to all of these!

    The first 2 are great meditations to use in the morning or any time during the day. :) 


  • Fantastic. I have been doing it the opposite way round only because I get really excited with law of attraction and changing course events and then I'm unable to sleep lol

    As I said, your personal preference is the key. Listen to your body, mind and spirit and let it guide you on your personal journey. 

    I admire your dedication to using these life-changing tools. :)
