    And as I reflect.
    I have stated this countless times throughout my life

    I used
    the " How to clean up past memories and emotions that block success (I use
    it often) Starting around 7 minute mark...

    It’s important to really support yourself in this process and sooth and tell
    you self it will be ok..

    As Sheila and Jessica both say LOVE on yourself ..BIG!!



    Breath deep and hand hold yourself back to where your decision was made.



    From there the shift is simply MIRACULOUS!



    Standing back and storing the positives you learned in the situation to help
    your success ( our souls really know the truth, even if our inner child does
    not -so listen to the higher truth -it will come) Is just THE most amazing and
    fast shift I have ever felt when it comes to healing work

    Hi Kristin,

    Thank you so much for your heartfelt letter/post! 

    I can feel your passion for this work and your healing in the words you wrote. This lifetime, for you, me and I believe most everyone here, is to learn to heal, grow past limitation and evolve by learning the immense power we hold within. What I've found throughout this journey is that many individuals who have endured less than desirable circumstances during some portion of their life, did so on a soul level as a way to teach them what they were capable of enduring and overcoming; to teach them the power they hold. And you are a great example of that. 

    When we learn to change our story...when we change our dialogue...when we tap into our inner workings and realize who and what we really are....we catapult into greatness. As you stated so eloquently, "our souls know the truth."

    I am equally grateful for you, your tremendous heart and your dedication to improving your life and the lives of others!

    I had a huge AHA moment about my, ( and others' journey's), who have had a  less than desirable  circumstances  and that is, that as we heal ..we ,in this new energy, quantum-ly heal the energy on the planet for ourselves and others.
    It has a huge ripple effect throughout humanity and our lineage backward and forwards (as there is no time ).I feel that because of this "AHA" I have come to just accept that's how it is -and this is my soul's work here in this life time.
    I have always, for as long as I can remember, just wanted to BE love...and help other's to heal
    there is  now great peace in my  heart and soul  in be-coming my purpose
      thank you agiin for your words and your priceless guidance
