Hi everyone. I am at work on the worksheet which is designed to create a positive feedback loop. I am searching my brain for memories of successes I have had in the past. My question is am I looking specifically for memories which are related to my overall Goal statement or am I looking for anything where success was the outcome? In other words, if my goal is to be in a loving and committed relationship ( which it is) then am I looking specifically for memories of success in my love life?
