These affirmations are a revision of one of my most popular meditations entitled: “I AM” a Powerful Creator. They have been modified to You Are affirmations, which can be just as powerful as I am. “You are” has the ability to create a trigger in the mind in the sense that if someone else believes this to be true about you, then your mind accepts it as truth a bit easier. I am leaving a pause between the affirmations so you can mentally repeat the affirmation to yourself using the words “I AM” as reinforcement. You were born to live in happiness, peace and abundance!
